FUTURA 3 Continuous flow analyzer
DISCRETE and CONTINUOUS FLOW ANALYSERS from
AMS Alliance, for testing water, soil, and
wine.
The Futura 3 Continuous Flow Analyzer meets the
needs of both simple and complex analyses through
a combination of technologies.
The key features can be summarized in three points: capacity,
automation, and scalability. When combined with an XYZ autosampler (up to 720
positions), sample throughput can reach up to 120 samples per hour. Its operation
is highly automated. The scalability is exemplary; up to
16 channels can be used simultaneously to increase the number of
synchronized analyses. Very practical, users benefit from the easy
switching
The Futura 3 is essential for measuring phenol, cyanide, detergent,
total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and many other parameters
With new software that is more user-friendly, practical, reliable, fast, and comprehensive,
compatible with OS and LIMS
GRANIFRIGOR Grain Cooling
Natural wheat preservation
Prevent the spoilage of stored wheat. The most natural and effective way!
GRANIFRIGOR® Grain Cooling
The natural way to store grains
- Protects against insects and germs
- No chemical gases are required
- Freeze-drying
- Reduction in respiratory losses
- Can be used in any weather
- Preserving the freshness of the cut
- There’s no need to “switch warehouses”
- Short damping time
- No yellowing of the rice
Self-heating of wheat often causes the most damage. Strict hygiene regulations and the need for chemical-free processing of wheat products are requirements that must be met. We have the solution to all these requirements: GRANIFRIGOR®.
The GRANIFRIGOR® cooling unit is used to cool wheat immediately after harvest, regardless of weather conditions. This effective method prevents the spoilage of freshly harvested wheat, which heats up due to its molecular “respiration.” Carbon dioxide, water, and heat are released through this respiration—with the following consequences: Loss of dry matter as well as the growth of insects, microbes, and mold. Spontaneous heating depends on the moisture content and temperature of the grain. The same principle also applies to oilseeds such as mustard seeds.
Δεδομένου ότι γνωρίζουμε την συμπεριφορά του σιταριού, το GRANIFRIGOR® λειτουργεί σύμφωνα με δύο επιτυχείς αρχές:
- Rapid cooling to below 13°C immediately after the wheat is stored. This puts insects into "hibernation" so that they have no chance of multiplying (see the illustration below). In addition, mold growth is effectively prevented, losses from wheat respiration are minimized, and drying costs are reduced since cooling causes the wheat to dry.
- Wheat can only be ventilated using "conditioned" air: Wheat grains are hygroscopic, which means that, depending on the temperature, a balance develops between the moisture content of the grains and the relative humidity of the ambient air. Moisture builds up when dry wheat is exposed to humid air. The wheat begins to spoil, so ventilation by fans depends entirely on the weather. Furthermore, the ambient temperature during the harvest season is usually very high.
Insects that are harmful to wheat can thrive at temperatures as low as 13°C. GRANIFRIGOR® systems cool the wheat to temperatures below 13°C, thereby ensuring optimal freshness and quality of the harvest.
How it works:
The fan impeller of a GRANIFRIGOR® wheat cooling system draws in ambient air (see illustration below). This air is cooled to the desired temperature by an air conditioning unit located (evaporator). The HYGROMAT® unit automatically reheats this cold air. This lowers the relative humidity and adapts to the conditions of the grain load. Condensation cannot occur, which would be destructive. This cool, dry air is forced into the grain through the warehouse or silo’s air distribution systems. The air is then released to the outside through the warehouse’s ventilation outlets. The outgoing air removes the heat and moisture absorbed by the grain.
The GRANIFRIGOR® process was developed by FrigorTec GmbH (formerly the Axima and Sulzer Escher Wyss product division) in collaboration with the University of Düsseldorf and the Bundesforschungsanstalt für Getreide (Federal Research Institute for Grain) in Detmold in 1968.
GRANIFRIGOR® high-tech cooling systems are specifically designed for cooling seeds inside storage silos.
GRANIFRIGOR® cooling systems allow seeds to be cooled to a protective temperature range of -10°C to 13°C and ensure that the seeds remain in a "cool" state for an extended period of time.
This method eliminates the need for chemical pest control, and the cost of the cooling process is low.
The experts at GRANIFRIGOR® bring over 30 years of experience in grain cooling to the table and have installed their grain coolers in more than 80 countries worldwide.
