Chopin Mill CD1, CD1-auto, CD2
The CD1, CD1-auto, and CD2 mills from the French company Chopin provide milling results comparable to those of a factory mill, for both small and large quantities, and for soft or hard wheat.
The mill test consists of two phases:
a pulverization stage involving passage through three grooved rollers
a conversion stage involving passage between two smooth rollers
CD1, CD2 mill
The product obtained after each pulverization and conversion step undergoes centrifugation so that the molecules can be separated.
CD1-auto
The semolina is automatically conveyed to the processing stage via a pneumatic system. Adjusting the diagram (pressure applied to the smooth rollers, adjustment of the feed rates) makes it possible to simulate an industrial mill.
