The company HELLENIC LABORATORY TECHNOLOGY Strataki-Dimou S.A. (Hel-Lab-Tech SA) was founded in 2002 by Ioanna Strataki and Ioannis Dimou, and operates primarily in the fields of food quality control and the paper-cutting and leather-cutting die-cutting industry, as a commercial representative.

Our extensive experience in these two fields, combined with our clear understanding of the market, enables us to identify our clients’ needs and provide them with consulting services.

Our goal is to make continuous progress, to deepen our expertise in our field, and to expand our product range in these two specific areas, so that we can offer comprehensive solutions tailored to the needs of each individual customer.

The Representation

We hold the exclusive rights in Greece for the following foreign companies, from which we import:

Laboratory instruments for quality control of raw materials used in the flour industry, the bakery industry, the pasta and cookie industry, the yeast products industry, and the plastics industry.

Special steel cutting blades for mold making, for use in the footwear industry and paper processing (printing, paper manufacturing, cardboard manufacturing, and box manufacturing), as well as machinery and supplies related to these fields.

Specialized silo cooling systems for the cooling and natural preservation of all types of grain stored in silos.

The Provision of Services

Installation of laboratory equipment and training in its use. Provision of maintenance services, calibration using standard samples, and issuance of a certificate confirming the calibration of devices to ensure their proper operation (required for ISO-certified companies).

In collaboration with the French organization BIPEA, we offer comprehensive support, including sample sets for in-house quality control, as well as equipment and training on their use. Performance assessment based on statistical results on a global scale.

Installation of knife-cutting machines – training in their operation and provision of maintenance and repair services.
