The CHOPIN Technologies LabMill is a laboratory mill used to grind both hard and soft wheat into fine flour in order to examine the milling behavior and the quality of the resulting flour.
The biochemical composition of the flours processed by the LabMill is very similar to that of industrial flours (purity, particle size distribution, histological composition, starch damage, and protein quality and quantity).
