The CHOPIN Technologies EM10 determines the moisture content of all grains and powders (flours, semolina, and others) in accordance with approved standards and methods, while also verifying and calibrating other analyzers, such as NIR analyzers and moisture meters.

The unit consists of 10 separate analysis stations for the simultaneous testing of 10 samples at once, which is useful in any laboratory focused on moisture testing for cereal and grain products (flour mills, bakeries, inspection, storage, universities, etc.).
